• 15 day turn-around on claims;
• Claim payments direct credited into your bank account;
• Improved “plain English” policies, in some cases with reduced exclusions;

Rest assured the cost of your policy, payment method and other particulars will not be affected by this change, so from this perspective it is very much “business as usual”.
